Kenny Greene was a childhood friend and business partner of Jordan Belfort. At Stratton Oakmont, Greene worked beside Belfort and Daniel Porush as a junior partner. He gained the nickname ‘Block Head’ for often saying ignorant things.
Prior to his employment at Stratton Oakmont, Greene dealt marijuana and cocaine with childhood friend Victor Wang and invested in a failed meat and seafood business with Belfort. He was barred from the securities industry for five years in 1994 as part of an SEC settlement with Stratton Oakmont.
